Naso scratching my Acrylic?

I started having a few scratches show up on the inside of my DT all roughly in the same location. I have been trying to figure out where they are coming from. Today I was standing in front of the tank and heard a loud pop. I looked over and saw the naso running back and forth really fast almost as if he was looking at his reflection like it was another fish. Has anyone ever seen a tang scratch their DT?

My yellow tang dose this every morning. When the sun comes up it shines threw my curtains and shines on my overflow and he sees his shadow shadow on the overflow and chases and atacks it for about 10 minutes until the shadow goes away. But he dosent bother my sailfin tang at all in fact they act like best buds following one another around the tank all day.

Looks like you have a beautiful clean tank. Post up a full tank shot.

My hippo tang pops up against my overflow but have never seen a scratch from him doing so.

Here is a whole tank shot. One of the sides is visable from my daughrers room....

Im going to try to figure out if it happens a certain time of day. Possibly early morning as the sun comes in through the back sliding doors. That when it is brightest in that room.
