Naso tang disease ID

Can someone identify whats with my naso tang? The pattern is the same on both sides. TIA!

It's hard to tell in the picture. Does the pattern look like salt grains on the body or does it look like white blotches. I am guessing it's the stress pattern, that is known with the Naso. When they are stressed they get them white blotches. How long have you had it and did you quarantine it?

It's not the typical white stress marks....more like he's covered in powder.....I don't think velvet as he's had this about a week and is still eating.

He was doing ok for the first few days.....recently he's been more lethargic and not eating as actively as a was..... My other fish are fine....I know I am harbouring ich but this simply does not look like ich. Thanks

Sounds like velvet.

Doesn't velvet act quicker ? And wouldn't my other fish exhibit similar symptoms?
