Naso Tang Help

I currently have a 150 gallon reef setup with 2 dispar anthias, 2 clowns, 6 chromis, Tailspot Blenny, six-line wrasse, mandarin, blue hippo tang, and Yellow tang. The tangs are small and am thinking about adding a Naso to help eradicate Lobophora algae that has popped up in the tank. Is there any concern I should have about adding another tang with the 2 existing I have. I just need to get rid of this algae and have been told this is the best bet to do it.

Tank too small for a naso imo.. your getting pretty crowded out with your current fish

FYI, I don't plan on keeping the Naso long term. Just short term to get rid of that algae.

There are better ways of eliminating problem algae than adding fish that are not guaranteed to eat what you want them to. You need to find the sources of your excess nutrients and reduce/eliminate that source, otherwise the algae will return.

This type of algae is not caused by excess nutrients. It thrives on nutrient free water.

I'm looking for help on the fish compatibility. So any help there would be much appreciated.

how long is your tank?? i wouldnt go with anything less than 6 ft! I have a blond Naso for two years now and hes grown pretty fast. got him around 4-5" and now hes around 8-9" and loves to swim all over the place.
