Naso tang only munch on nori sheets??

I bought a new large male blonde naso tang about 8"off DD 2weeks ago ...he came in healthy and got acclimated to my 72x36x26" reef tank ....
Hi tank mates r
7 different small Anthias
1 small purple tang
2 clowns
1 mandrine goby
2 wrasses

1st couple days he didn't eat anything and now he only eats algae sheets ....
I been feeding my tank twice a day with pe mysis so I can get him to eat but he won't touch em ....now I feed 1/2 sheet of nori twice a day also so that big fish can get atleast something in his stomach but this is kinda pain now feeding nori twice a day ...
Fish overall is pretty healthy and swims all over the tank all day but dnt what's wrong with this guy and how would I get him to feed other stuff ...
Also sometimes he rips the nori sheet so aggressively that it tears apart and start runs down the over flow and I hve to get their again and place another sheet for him

This may not really help, but I have been keeping a beautiful Blonde Naso for over a year now on only Nori. Seems to be a pain at first, but I believe it has turned into a good thing for the rest of the tank mates. Everyone else just seems healthier and happy with something to graze on. Both my Bandit and Regal have never looked so good.
As for as him ripping off the sheets, I have since had to get extra undersized cleaning magnets and now rubberband them tightly to them. Tearing off and floating aways hasn't been much of a problem since. Good luck.

Very true I have 15 tangs and everyone eats nori and they are very healthy with amazing color.
