Naso Tang with skin problem

I purchased this naso tang about 10 days ago. I have been told that the marks on him was some scratch but as teh days go on, those marks was more apparent. Can someone ID and be able to let me know how to treat it?

my large naso would get this after i would handle him the last time he got this was wen i put him into my new setup im assuming there skin is some wat sensitive and even though i was gentle with him he still got this i think its caused by stress but im not exactly sure im sure some on can chime in here and help out

if its stress, i hope it will soon wash away... He seem pretty relax, no aggression from all the other fishes...
