We are heading to Nassau and Ocho Rios next week on a cruise. I'm going to get some diving in while there. I have dives lined up in Nassau but an bit concerned about diving in Jamaica. We have about 7 hours in Ocho Rios for diving and we would love to dive the local waters, but just want to go with a reputable shop (clean, safe air; competent guides, etc.). Does anyone have any recommendations?
