Native pipefish

Hey guys, I never noticed this sub-forum until now. Pipefish happen to be my favorite and at my dock I see them floating at the top of the water at low tide next to floating reeds. Kinda funny actually to see them there floating like they are actually hiding haha, maybe to a predator but to me I laugh. So I had an idea, I set up a 6 gallon with natural water, some live rock and sand and went out one night, saw one and reached in and scooped him up and placed him in the tank. He's been doing great ever since. No crazy colors but rather plain.

Also have two blennys in there with him and a star fish and porcelain crab two snails and a conch. All native. Except for the star polyps which seem to have adapted well being they have grown alot and attached themselves to the live rock

That's cool. I've been to the Florida Keys a few times and have seen some similar ones. I wish I could take a couple home with me. :)
