Nautilus II Reef dosing pump ?

Does anybody have one of these? I got mine today and I can't get it to work at all. Doesn't draw water from the resevoir, not even a bit. Am I missing something here? The directions were half arsed at best.

Ah huh. This I want to know too, but before i buy one. Sounds brilliant, but the proof is in the pudding and i want to well-taste the pudding before i buy it.
