Nearly 5 years old of Deep Sand Bed (Italy tank)

Hi folk,
this is my DSB SPS tank since july of 2007.
Some"¦ from birth in 2007 and beautiful photos after 2 years but too many corals have created problems of water circulation and light.


some photos photo of the tank after to have rifared layout the past year"¦ few colonies"¦ a lot water circulation and more light. The bed is the same since 2007 (Aragamax). Lighting system is 9X39 watt with Aquamedic T5 (3 blue-6 15.000K).

do you have you used sand sifting inverts or have you left the dsd be?

Only Aragamax for the DSB. On the bed there are 4 Strombus luhuanus and many worms.
10 Kilos of Fiji live rocks. For about 400 liters I'm using AQengineering skimmer and Calcium reactor. Lightining with 9X39 Watt Aquamedic T5 tubes (3 blue and 6 at 15.000K)

Two years ago I have had problems of water circulation and lighting system because many large corals in the water. I have eliminated also a refugium/frag tank (90 liters) to render my hobby very simple. I do not want to be slave of t of my tank, only a pleasure.

I would want to know the reason of the elimination of my answers, of many others reefkeepers and of my photos in this thread. Why it has been moderated?
