Why not start with a 55g? Petco has there $1/gallon deal going from time to time. It'll be cheap. Also look for deals on CL. Be careful though, some of those guys get emotional and want to over charge you. GL with your research

There's also lots of easier corals that will host clowns. Before I got my rose bubble tip my picassos were hosted by a huge (10 inches across) mushroom. That thing is so easy to keep I couldn't kill it if I tried lol.

Also be aware that just by having an anemone doesn't make it a sure-thing the clowns will call it home (btw, the anemone hosts the clown, not the clown host the anemone). Having a natural pairing will increase your odds of success, but just putting clowns and anemones in the same tank doesn't mean that pairing will happen immediately, or ever in some cases.
