Hellloo i just picked up a new hammer sunday and it opened alittle the day off and leas and less since and it has constantly released slime from it while my other hammer is doing beautifully growing at a amazing rate and always open and inflated. Could it be spliting? At the lfs they told me it hasent opened all the way because it was new, but it was open more then it is now. There was a little gha on it but scrubbed it off, i fot a colony of zoe,s and a duncan at the same time and rhey have been happy. Any ideas?

I do not sadly is there anything else i can do in the mean time? What's unhealthy about it? For future reference like how can you tell?

Coral RX is different than Revive, it is more for parasites or hitchhikers than Revive is IMO. I keep Revive on hand all the time and use it on a fairly regular basis. It does a great job of "cleaning" the corals and I suppose it does get rid of a few hitchhikers as well. Revive was developed by Julian Sprung if you don't know who he is do yourself a favor and Google him.

It just doesn't look healthy. Take a look at the corals in my thread http://www.reefcentral.com/forums/showthread.php?t=2540376 and you will see many different types of corals especially Euphyllia's. Here I think you'll see what I'm talking about.

So if I were you I'd order the Revive from Ebay about $13 free shipping and place it in the sandbed in a low flow and low light area.
