Need a 40mm reducer to 25mm. What’s it called ? And please don’t say reducer lol

Lads / Lasses any ideas ? I bought 2 x plain 40mm - 25mm reducers and they don’t reduce a 40mm pipe down to accept a 25mm pipe. What on earth is the world coming to ?

Mate, it was the right part lol. It was me being a bell - end. Trying to fit the reducing bush over the 40mm T instead of inside it lol. Stone the crows ! !
