Need a contact for freshwater advice?

I've considered transitioning to freshwater (time/money/bored).

Does anyone have a solid freshwater background? I was hoping to work with someone that I can call and plan this out.

If anyone is available, to chat with me, it would be greatly appreciated. Additionally, if you know of any good freshwater forums, that would be helpful as well.

Hi Ed,
I have gone back and forth between freshwater and salt. I predominantly kept high tech planted tanks which require CO2 dosing and fertilization. I can't say I remember everything, but some. If you are interested in keeping live plants, then you might want to look at the forum on plantedtank.net for info. I might be able to answer some of your general questions, but honestly am not sure how much of the details I remember. Feel free, though, to PM me.

I've moved from freshwater to salt. I have to say either a discus tank or a predator tank would be a good start
