Thanks for the options everyone, but what size and how many should I do. My current pump is good for 650gph but I want big enough holes to upgrade pumps. So any Ideas. thanks

In my opinion. I would got with the 38mm. That is for a 3/4 in bulk head. And I would drill at least 4 for the return, and 2 45mm for the drain.
I would be willing to help, but you would have to bring the tank to CR
