Need a new Pump

We recently moved and I need a new return pump I use to have a 30g refug located under my 90g tank. I now have a split system with a 75g refug located 80 inches below my return exit. Can anyone give some pumps they would suggest. I currenly have an in sump pump which is fine with me. I would like something that is energy efficent if that is not an oxymoron.

Mag, Quite One, Ocean Runner & Eheim all make decent in-sump pumps. Places like Fosters&Smith have pretty good pump breakdowns with max head versus wattage.

Thanks Since I have such a big sump I am thinking I could go for some extra turnover. Anyone have thoughts on how much turnover they would do for a 75g sump on a 90g tank
