Need a quick answer sump???

Hi everyone iI was wondering if a 20 long tank will work for a sump/fuge. The problem lies in the height of the tank. I have a bermuda 3-c it's outlet plumbing is 12 inches high so i need to raise the skimmer. Will the low height of the sump be a problem to construct a fuge. I like the extra length of the 20 long because my 29 gallon will not allow me to plumb my skimmer outside the sump, so I lose the space in the tank. The skimmer foot print and all the other equipment on top of it i think i will lose to much room.

if you have measured it and it will fit.. do it?

You need to check clearance on removing the skimmer cup. That's about it.
