Need advice about buying complete 90 gal setup used

I have about 10 yrs freshwater experience and want to try saltwater. Manager of a LFS is offering for sale his own 90 gal reef tank, now functioning complete with:

- Stand and hood
- (2) 110W power compact lights
- wet/dry filter
- 20 gal. sump
- protein skimmer
- Rio 2500 pump
- (2) powerheads
- 270 lbs LR
- half dozen fish.
- half dozen soft corals
- assorted chemicals, medicines, salt and maint. accessories.

He is asking $1500, delivered and setup. Is this a fair deal? What else do I need to know, watch out for etc?

I probably would pass. What type of protein skimmer is this? What fish are included and what corals?
