Need advice: How long should my lights be on

Hi all. I just got a 60" Hamilton lighting fixture for my 125g reef: (2) 250w MH, (2) 96w PC. My tank is 18" deep. I initially just want to keep LPS, anemones, etc... perhaps SPS later. How long should the MH lights be on... and how long should the PCs be on? I will be using seperate timers. Also, would anyone reccommend supplimenting with a second fixture (PC or T5) to use when the metal halides arent on?

Any advice is appreciated!

I have my MH on for 5hrs everydays, and VHO on 1hr before and after.

My MHs are on for 10 hrs a day and VHOs for 12.

My MH is on for 8hrs. from 4pm-12am

My T5s are on for 11 hours. my halide comes on 1.5 hours after and is on for 7 hours

i have t5 on from 10 am - 9:30 pm

Mh on from 4pm-7:30 pm

dust to dawn effect (only 2 t5's) is 1.5 hours in the morning and again at night
