Greetings!
Hope you all are doing well !
I need advice on PWM dimmer for LED panel. I m basically working in R&D lab-Electronics. As per our requirement we are using 48V DC SMPS with PWM ckt. board in order to control light intensity from 0% to 100% uniformly but we are facing flickering issue and controlling issue.So, we need a good PWM dimmer. Kindly suggest me a suitable LED dimmer model as per our application needs.
But as per our developed LED panel where total wattage of LED panel is 117.5Watt because we are using total 105 nos of LEDs in a single panel, each row consists of 15 LEDs,all in series and total no of rows is 7,each row parallel with each other and using 1W power LED(White) and forward voltage 3.2V-3.5V and We are using 48V/3.3A SMPS as an input supply for LED panel.Is there any other idea in order to accomplish the same? Kindly suggest me.
We are thinking we will use HLG-120-48B Meanwell LED power supply cum IP 67 dimming option in-built which is basicaly CC mode power supply cum dimmer. Is it suitable for our application?? kindly suggest me.
So, In order to control the light intensity of LED panel kindly suggest me a proper PWM dimmer model as early as possible.:spin3:
