Hey all,
I am currently in the developement stage of a 120g full reef (48x24x24) and needed some advice on the sump.
I am not lucky enough to have a seperate room behind my set-up for all the equipment which means everything has to be stored in the stand. I was originaly planning to use a 50g breeder tank as a sump/refugium (36X18x18) and use a panworld exterior pump to run it, however the pump measures 10" which does not leave me enough room for the connections.
Now my question is should I stick with the 50g sump and use a submersible pump or go with a smaller 30g (30x15x15) and use the external pump?
