Need Advice/Opinions

I'm thinking of buying an Outer Orbit fixture for my 92 that nobody wanted :lol: I was wondering if anyone has used their products or is currently using them? I'm thinking of buy a 30 or 36 inch HQI with a 14k bulb with 12 lunar lights. I don't have corals
BUT with this light would it be good enough for the depth of this tank? Thanks again in advance guys! :bum:

I'm in bed now jaja I'll measure tomorrow but the bulb is 1x150wt 14k & if that is good enough for standard 92 corner tank I would probably add some easy corals.

If you dont have corals. T5s offer great fish colour by using atonic O3 and aquasun bulbs. If you want a fixture make sure all the lights are on separate plugs. Including lunar...Made that mistake just once... Well I won't quote Johnny Dangersly but you get the idea.

I'm thinking of probably adding a few hardy corals but I mostly want a FOWLR tank. I'm more ino the fishies! What are a good T5 fixtures? I'm thinking of going with the Outer Orbit T5. How good is that?

Its ok depending on the price. Ice Cap 660 IMHO is the best ballast but thats geared more tward a retro fit.

Do some homework on the fish. Most do a FOWLR because they want to keep cool fish that eat coral along with other meaty foods.

Mushrooms, some sinularia and sacrophyton can work but you have to be careful. Puffers will eat most LPS and SPS. Angles are more specific. Triggers can be hit or miss depending on which one.

To keep these I would go with a fixture 6 bulbs across. If the corals are not too deep 4 bulbs might work.

get the best light light you can...you can only add so many fish to a 92...you can jam it with corals...the more you add the more you'll want.

The corals will need the flow...Blow their skirts up.

You still can't get rid of those fish? :lol: I'm gonna add an Angel & ButterFly Fish to the 92 along with nano sized fish.

2 left in my SPS 1 in my Mixed They are a PITA.

Just a quick update! My wife bought me last night a Aquatic Life 36 inch T5 HO 4x39wt w/4 lunar lights for my 92. Wish there was an avitar for a Chuck Norris spinning RoundHouse Kick into a CartWheel!!!! Thanks for your input guys!
