Purchased a Sebae Anenome from Reefs2go and it came in but it will not attach to rock or sand since I have had it yesterday. It is a small anenome and is in a 24 gallon nano cube with 175 watt MH and T5 Actinics.
Parameters are as followed
Nitrate 0
Nitrite 0
Calcium 420
Mag. 1420
Ph 8.0
Phos 0
Thanks

try putting it in a tupperware container with a rock in a dead spot of the tank it works for my small frag s that float around

1. are you using ro water?
2. how much flow is in your tank?
3. what is your salinity?

The best thing you can do at this point is leave it alone after you try to gently nestle it into a hole/crevice/recess in the rockwork. It may not like the place you choose -- it may wander around the tank for a while looking for a place it likes. Make sure it can't get sucked into a powerhead while it finds a place it likes. Mine has been in a crevice with its foot down close to or possibly buried in the sand for several years. They like a moderate flow - enough to move their tentacles a fair amount but not enough to whip them around. Feed it -- small pieces of krill, mysis, other frozen seafood -- small pieces. good luck with it.

Its color should be beige with light purple tips. Does it look like the one in the pix. Leave it alone, it'll attach to something then move around to find its best spot finally. Cover all intakes of power heads/overflow...to prevent it floats/walks there. Good luck.
