How long have you had him?
Did you do anything weird before hand other than the water change?
Was he floating around or did you remove him from wherever he was in order to put him in that net?
What type of anemone is this?

I've had him for about a month and a half
He a bubble top Anenome
No he wasn't floating I scooped him with the net
I did add some liquid concentrate salt straight to tank to raise my salinity level

Sounds to me like it's in shock from a fast change in your water, without acclimation to this change.

Don't ever do anything fast and don't buy snakeoil products to "fix" a problem. Fix it with proper water changes.

I'm sorry but I don't have an answer for you on what to do to try and fix this. Sadly it may die.

What I would do at this point is to put it in a stable environment and see what happens. Make sure the water parameters are correct for this guy and let it rest.

Member OrionN has a sticky above with how to treat nems that is worth the read. Hopefully he or one of the other very knowledgeable Expert members will give you their advice.

If you ever need to raise salinity in the future just Topoff with salt water. Quick increase in salinity will kill animals. They can deal with quick decrease in salinity much better than quick increase

There are a lot of dislosolved minerals in Sea water that will precipitate out of solution then will not re-dissolved. Salt water concentrate is a very bad way to obtain salt water for your tank because it will short of many essential elements and compounds. Best to just get salt and dissolve it yourself and stirred as you dissolves it. You should add salt to water. Not water to salt as you mix the salt due to the same reason

I went to petsmart the other day for cat litter, I usually make a walk down the marine supplies isle just to see what they carry now, I saw this jug of TOPFIN brand "seawater concentrate" I lol'd to myself. Knowing that if it really is a super concentrated mix of saltwater, it probably has really shitty DKH and calcium levels as if they were in proper concentrations in the salt they would be preticipated out at that concentration.

All the salt is already dissolved by now. If he is still alive and parameters are good, no. Just keep things as stable as possible for him and keep your fingers crossed.

Leave him alone. Keep him protected in a basket so he cannot be suck into your PH or overflow, and hope for the best.
