Need Birthday Ideas

I need help with a birthday theme for 2 40 year olds having a party at the same time due to being born on the same day.

One is male and likes pool and one is female and likes black labs (dogs)

Something funny and makes fun of the age.

An example of a idea is one that we did a while back for someone who collects bears. The theme was bearly 40.

Please help!!!!!
