Need clam tank: Where to find builder?

Where can I find the best custom aquarium maker, that is not going to require me to sell vital organs to afford to have a tank made.

I was going to have whoever makes this tank for me also make a sump, fuge, and surge tank.

I also work for a lfs that is looking for a custom builder, so many more jobs would come your way if the tanks look good.
