Hello all i need to build a really massive population of pods. Now the cadlights sump has a tiny space for a fuge so I either need a new sump or a external fuge tank next to display tank.
Any ideas? Or sump suggestions the space under tank is about 20"w x 46 long.
Thanks guys.

Jose- can you possible get a photo of the inside of your sump? I have some ideas, but wanted to see what we are working with here :)

I cant tell from Mr. Vs pic, but aside from nutrient export I dont think youll want your fuge set up that way. It looks like it drops down into the filter sock, then past the skimmer, etc. Personally I like to drain the fuge directly into the return section. More chance the pods make it back up to the display.

This is what I do with the sock. I never a fan of filter sock, but this sump need to have one otherwise it will make terrible noise.
I never have to wash, change it.

Better pic of my sump area. It's able to keep my phosphate down to 0.01ppm without any kind of reactor.

What are you trying to feed? Large remote display fuge to the right hand side of your tank is what I would. Split your return to feed the display and fuge and drain it back to the return section. Just make sure your sump can handle the excess and install a siphon break.

Then you just need to add some rock or rock rumble in the sump, maybe under the ATS?

Thats what i have now

Thats what i was thinking of doing like a 20g fuge on the side of tank
