Need Help Asap

I have a CBB that is just laying on the bottom of his quartine tank. heavily breathing with what looks like a redish nose and stomach. What can i do??

Only once have I ever brought a fish back from what you are describing. Septicemia? I added 2 gm of ciprofloxicin to a 55 gal tank and my epualette who ate a bad scallop. It was much improve within 24 hrs and lived. It has not worked since.
