Need help catching fish

I am trying to remove a hawkfish and a chromis to a quarantine tank to let my display tank run fallow. How do you catch the darn things? I have a lot of live rock, no blind caves but lots of small bridges and passageways? I really don't want to start having to remove rock. Is there a way to trap fish...are you laughing yet?

you can buy fish traps do a search for traps but removing the rock will almost sertainly be the quickest way.
