I don't know what to do. Can you give me a list of parts this suppost to come with. I don't have all that parts it's showing on the picture you go by to set up the hang on device. For 350$ this thing should come put together. What do I do????????

The finished product should look like this-

It comes with many parts you won't use as the holder has to be adaptable for dozens of different tank designs around the world- this is the correct set up for an Oceanic or AGA tank. Use the metal screws at the top.
