need help id ing a fish

So I was at the LFS yesterday and noticed a neat little fish I haven't seen in there before. It was about a 1.5" long, Looked like a dragonet type fish, it was white with black circles on it, also seemed like it was a slower swimmer.

I know its a far shot but anyone have any clue what this may have been?

Tank was not labeled and I wasn't chasing anyone down because I wasn't going to get it, Should of took a pic.

Is it by any chance, a Eurypegasus draconis?

Thanks but that wasnt it. I guess it has more of the mandarin style body with a bright white solid color and black dots/circles.

well I found out what it was..... and I cant have it !

a panther grouper doesn't look like a mandarin fish O.O

this lil guys body outline did to a point lol not color at all but shape size I thought did.
