need help identifying a fish (tang)

i was given a tang fish by a freind and he claims that it is a yellow eye kole tang. i tend to disagree. it has all the same features, lips, eyes and body, as a yellow eye kole except everything about it is blue. The lips are blue, the stripes are blue and he has a blue belly. I cant find a picture of it anywhere at all! I will take a picture of him when the lights come on. He is such a beautiful fish. Any ideas as to what he is and where he came from? thanks guys!
