Need help identifying something, good or bad?

Can you tell me if this is something I need to worry about?

Looks like an aiptasia anemone. Bad because they spread like crazy, and harm corals. There are natural methods to control them like peppermint shrimp, berghia nudibranchs, and matted filefish. If you only have one or a few, you could inject then with kalk paste, boiling water, lemon juice, or a store bought product.
 
Burning them off with a cigarette lighter is another option, but only do this if the rocks there on can be removed easily. GL.
