Need help ID'ing........

Ok, I am a noob..........and I have had this frag for about 4 months now and it has not grown. I have a 75 gallon reef tank about 7 months old with T-5 lighting (6 bulbs 100 watts and which two of them are actinic) My parameters are; SG 1.027, Temp 78, KH 7.3, Ca 425. I have good flow from 3 power heads. Now, I feel stupid asking to ID this frag (since I have had it a while now) I just been busy building my tank hoping it would grow and flourish......well this frag has actually shrunk and the color does not stand out as much (rose red). I have placed it in various places in the tank and nothing works...If I can have an ID I could do some better research.........any advice would be great.....about lighting, placement and ID.......Thank you in advance !!!
