need help in tunze 6100

i just bought my 6100 a few mths back.. i feel stray current when ever i put my hands in the tank.. i tested all the others PH by switching one by one..

Is this something that just started? Was the cord damaged or has the driver come in contact with the water? What country are you located in? The pumps run on low voltage and have quite a bit of potting material over the pump, I would suspect the most probable cause is the cord is frayed or damaged.

hi.. thanks for your reply.. i am from singapore.. i don see anything coming out from the cord can it due to other posiblity? the driver is kept inside a dry cabinet..

It can be but it is very strange, I have heard of this but not actually seen it. My best guess is that the small board that has the sensor got wet because water leaked through the resin to it.
