Need help making a prop system

So I am going to start propagating corals, I want to do mainly SPS. I do not need/want that big of a system.

Now question is should I buy a tank that's already drilled and all, or would it be better for me to DIY and make it all myself?

What equipment list would I be looking at?

How would I go about plumbing the DIY system (if I go about doing that)?

most people read this as, "Hi, I want to make money, I need help, and I dont know the best way to do this." You are not going to get much of a response like this. My advice, if you are considering this as a business, is dive into research for the next 3-6 months. Literally become a sponge of knowledge and read everything and anything you can on the subject. If you are not willing to invest time/money into this, then no one else will for you. The single biggest mistake you can make is treating this like a hobby from this point on. It will become a business, and it will become an arduous task of maintaining. Most people cannot "think" like a farmer. They want to grow in the hobby and they think propagating their corals is the secret to their riches to buy better dry goods, larger broadstock, etc. If you are looking at glass tanks for a SPS business that come pre-drilled, I have to be honest you are still a hobbyist. Now, if your goal is to have a small system, and trade frags here and there, then setup a hobby system.

for what its worth. Best of luck and come back when you have some more specific and detailed questions re: the OP.
