Need Help Moving Anemone

I have a GBTA that has split several times in my tank, and I am now ready to move some of the offspring to a new location. Is there any tips or tricks that you have that will prevent me from 1- Tearing down my reef and 2- Doing any harm to the anemone itself. One of the the nems has its foot on a rock that I may be able to just take out of the tank, thankfully. The other that I would like to remove has its foot attached to the back tank glass. What is the best way to remove the foot from the glass? I've heard ideas ranging from using an RO ice cube to scraping it off with a old credit card. Here's a (bad) pic of the guys I want to remove to another tank.

i use a powerhead and have it blow right on it for a couple minutes. they usually fall right off. works for me.

powerhead aimed at the foot works for me- I got away with a MJ 400. Mine was just on the glass last night and I just used my fingernail- It wasn't there long, but the glass is so smooth, they shouldn't be able to hold on very well.

If using a powerhead, you do have to watch, when they let go they usually float away, and could get pulled into a powerhead or overflow box. Just catch them when they release.

The one on the glass should be easy to get off. Just use your fingernail and work it under the foot.
