Need help..my stream not working

hi,
early this morning my stream not working and alarm sound was on. I took impelar out clean and put it back but it still not work. I Could some one show me how to determine what is wrong. I have 6010 kit. If it need to send in for repair. where do i send it in ? Thank you so much

oh,
i try to move impelar by hand while power on and it very hard to move, feel like it was stuck and the block does hum. Does any one has any ideas???? thx

Don't leave it plugged in if it isn't running. I think in all likelihood two pieces are stuck, part 3f to part 3g on the parts breakdown in your manual, this is the magnetic rotor and bush bearing, both have to be free of each other and smooth moving.
