Need help on 6105 and 7096

I just got the new 6105 about 1.5 week ago. It is doing great for 30% and 100% mode in 7096 controller, but I hear the clicking sound every time I use it in 0% to 100% mode. I checked the clamp and magnet and pump, they are look fine to me. Is it sometime wrong inside the pump ?

Is is true that when you use wavebox mode, the slot 3 and 4 are just for wavebox ( mean you can't use 1 pump for wavebox and 3 pumps for other modes) ? I ask because when plug in 3 pump in slots 1,2,3 for pulse mode and wavebox in slot 4. the pump in slot 3 doesn't do pulse action like #1 and #2 .

Yes, only slots 3 and 4 are for wavebox, you would need a branchadapter to connect additional pumps.

While you can use the 6105 in wavebox mode it was not built for this, no harm will come to the pump but it will click, the only pumps built for this use are the pumps used in the waveboxes, presently 6261 and 6055, in the future a 6265 will replace 6261.

Roger. I didn't use 6105 for wavebox. Here is my configurations: 6105 is in slot 1(30%-100%) . 6101 in slot 2(30%-100%), 6055 in slot 3 (I guess it becomes wavebox extension now) ,and Tunze wavebox is in Slot 4.

Roger, if I use branch adapter. I should not put in slot 3 and 4 right ?
and how many pump 7096 control up to (with ranch adapter)?
