Need help on closed loop

I have a 150 that has 4 1" holes drilled through the bottom. Currently I have two pumps operating the closed loop but I want more flow with out power heads. I am thinking about a Dart pump with an OM 4 way. The problem is water supply to the Dart. I would have to use all 4 holes in the bottom of the tank to supply the Dart and the return would route to all four corners on top of the tank. Is the best best solution? I am recirculating a 1000 gph now and should be able to get 2500-3000 gph from the Dart. The tank is a 150g 48x30x25.
Thanks

Drill the back for a 1 1/2" bulkhead and put a strainer on it. Best way to feed the Dart without restricting.

I have two 1 1/2" bulkheads in the back of my 90g feeding my dart pump and I have six 3/4" returns going back into the back. I love my CL and drilled tank. :p

Actually I have eleven bulkheads in the back of my tank. I have three 1 1/2" drains for the return pump. Two 1 1/2" for the CL drains and six 3/4" returns for the CL and then my two 3/4" returns from the sump that go back over the top. IMO you can't have too many. ;)

You will need 5 holes. One as a drain and 4 coming from the 4 way. I suggest you call Paul at Oceans Motions he will help you come up with a design.

I was going to have two as the supply, two as a return and 2 over the top. Thanks I will give him a call. I have already spoken to Chris at Reeflo.

The Om 4 way is nice but if sand gets in it it will jam. Also use eductors depending on the pump you will increase your flow by 2-5X.
