need help on getting rid of coraline algae on glass

My magnet works best on coraline with a little sand in it. True. just don't go using it like that unless its cutting down coraline.

100 Turbos in a 44? No wonder you have algae to eat that's a LOT of snail poo. I have 4 in my 125 and it's more than enough to keep up with any algae. Urchins only make it spread worse IME. Kent pro scraper works great, as do credit cards. Razor blades work well also, but be careful around the silicone seams.

Hey...forget everyone's else responses :D
Without a doubt, the best thing I've seen is the "easy blade". I use to use the pro scraper, but found I could only get one/two cleanings with it...then It would have bent edges, etc. (I do admit to letting things go a little :) ).This easy blade is fantastic!...without a doubt, one of the best, cheapest and easiest reef tools I have purchased.

It took literally 5 ft of coralline off in one pass of the magnet, leaving nothing but shiny glass! No wet hands, or hassles.
They glue onto a mag float too :)
