Summer is coming and I need to install a chiller to my reef tank before it gets hotter and need to do it fast. I have a uniquarium and using a Rio 1700 pump to move the water. Here are my questions:
1) Should the return pump and the existing pump has the same flow rate? What if one of them breaks down? How can you control the flow? I am thinking to add a sump at the bottom for more volume?
2) What are the pumbing materials needed for this project? Hose? Valves?
3) How do you connect the returning flow to the bulk head?
I am really new to this chiller setup and need your advise.
