i have it installed but when i turn the water on it finds a way to leak from the sink i have tried everything and how much water do you need to turn on from the spiket. please help
I just installed my RO unit and my nuts for the fittings were made of nylon, I really had to tighten them down. I would have thought I didn't have to tighten them that much but I did. When you turn you RO unit on, it is leaking from where exactly?
How is yours connected to the faucet. Mine came with a piece that punches a hole in the faucet line, are you using that piece? I went to the Home Depot to get another part for my drain and the person at the Depot said not to use that punch piece and to use a tee off adapter. Make sure you rape your threads with Teflon tape before putting the nut/fittings on.
