need help picking a quite pump please

i am setting up a 180 fo in the living room, and have never had to worrie about this with all my other tanks as they were in the basement, I only need about 1200 gal to return , and i will need a pressure pump about the same for a skimmer ,any help would be great ,thanks

I run an IWAKI (Japanese motor) on my 180 as the return. I don't recall the exact model number but it is something 30.

It is really quiet.

No personal experience, but I've heard that the Red Dragon pumps are nearly silent
