Need help picking light

Hey guys. I'm pretty much brand new here. Not entirely new to the hobby though, but I am coming back in after a good 8 year or so hiatus so I'm relearning. Anyways. I've decided I want to set up a pico, I'm looking at micro reefs 4.2 gal. I need help figuring out lighting. When I was last in the hobby compact fluorescent were all the rage. Now all I see are LED and I'm super lost [emoji28]. I would like to start small with the ability to grow and learn. I've never *really kept coral. But I would like to have the option of starting with say zoas, but progressing to a small anemone or anything else I may like in time.
I would really love to not break the bank. I'm sure my wishlist is bigger than my budget, so help me figure out where I need to cut and where I may need to stretch. I would love it if a lighting option could be in the $50 ish area, but I'm not firm on that.

Thanks guys!

An AI prime would be a good option or even the new Kessil a80. Both should be able sustain Zoas with ease in that size tank.
