Need Help Please 6045 - Broken

Hi,
My shaft on my fairly New 6045 just broke.
I bought 2 of them last year at ROP.
Now what do I do?
I need help please.

Send it in and we will replace it. This could only happen to a pump made prior to July 2007, we changed the material of the shaft to solve this problem.

Great I have the box and everything for it.
What about the other one, should I be concern?
I did NOT put them into operation until the Middle of last year.

It is hard to say, they have a two year warranty, I am not sure exactly when you bought them, one could have been older and the other newer, there is no obvious difference, it takes a well trained eye to see the differences. If you want to send the other with it, I am happy to check it out to.

Hi,
I sent both (2) 6045 today by USPS Priority Mail.
I hope it doesn't take to long.
I have no other power-heads to put in my tank, I hope it's going to be OK for a week or so?

Within a day of getting them they will sent back by UPS ground, I would make an alternative arrangement for the time being, borrow some powerheads or buy a couple cheapies, it is always good to have spares of critical equipment.

Do you know if they where sent out yet?
I did buy/put 3 power-heads in the tank just not the same flow that's for sure.
I did not relied how-much flow those 6045 put-out in my tank.
I need them. lol
