Do you have a time and number that I may call you at tomorrow? I hooked up the Profilux today and I'm having all sorts of trouble.
The Tunze pumps will not work regardless of the settings programed.
The level switch will not operate on the switch. I can manually turn it on/off, but it will not operate aoutomatically.
I was told that the Tunze program can perform a minimum wave time of .1 seconds. This is untrue, the minimun I can get is .4 seconds. My tank resonance frequency is .33s. Can we change this software to meet the needs?
The program has shut down and froze over a dozen times now. This is very frustrating and disappointing.
The package did not come with any computer program software. Furthermore, there was no reference in the manual indicating that I need to download it from the website. What's up with this! I wasted two hours trying to figure out that the software had to be downloaded from the website. A CD should come with a $500 controller.

Seems you are getting yourself self all confused, we are here to help, please email me at sales@aqua-digital.com and we can go through things step by step.
But to go through things here just for a quick reply
1. software is free you go to www.aquariumcomputer.com to download it. The reason a CD does not come with it is because GHL advance functionality so fast by the time you got the CD it would be out of date.
2. You most likely have not set the L ports up yet, i.e set L1 to react to pump 1, or set the L port to be 3v-8V
3. level- You need to set this up, also what socket outlet function you wish it to react to.
