need help sps dying

i posted in the chemistary section and some one siad to post here i am having a problem with my corals dying manly the sps here is a pic may be someone can help me out

amm 0ppm
copper non detectied
used poly fitler nothin came up water change 15% every week
3c bermuda skimmer
neomarine salt
1 1050 korella 1 1400 korella and i moded maxijet 1200
75 gallon with 30 sump
runnin phos remover and carbon

Make sure you have good flow around the colony. Is this a aquacultured colony or wild? I would also bump the Sal to 1.026. SPS do better. You may also want to frag it so you don't loose it all.
 
Agreed on the flow, bump it up if you can. Also, have you checked for any bugs or critters crawling on it? Have you changed it's position in the tank?
