Need help to id sickness

Hi all, I have two clowns, 2 damsels, one mushroom, small plant, some hexas, and other soft corals, snails, crabs in a 125g.
My numbers are good acording to the fish store. The only high number is nitrate=20. Everything also is 0
One of my clown that I bought on the 7th of April, started not to eat on the 18th. I bought brime shrimp, garlic drops to add to the food, changed some water, bought some greens that we put in a clip. Nothing
Yesterday, I got a 10g tank and started the Aquaticure Tetracycline 250mg medication 2 capsules, today another 1 capsule. Still she is not eating. Everyday when i try to feed her, she gets this very thin white filament coming out of her botton.
Today, I notice a darker spot on her belly towards the botton next to her belly. Any idea of what it is?
Please let me know if I am doing what I am supposed to do. What also should I do?
The LFS says that my water is fine. Please help me.

4/24-changed 50% of the water and gave her 2X tetracycline. Still no reaction. Is she soffering whenshe swimms like that? Still not eating. Still when I feed her the white filament from her bellie. :worried: :worried:

4/25/08 still the same. I am worried that it may have contaminated my other clown as well. The damsel are eating like pigs, but the other clown this morning did not eat at least I did not see him eating because he kept hinding behind the rock. I will watch him closely. Thanks

Hi, I am worried sick now because the other clown this morning eat very little and just now did not eat at all. I will try to feed it again later on tonight and watch him closely. My sick clown is still the same, I tried to feed her and she did not even eat. She seams to be swimming a little better now. I still have not heard from John, so I guess I will go there tomorrow and see what he tells me. I do not know if I should start to treat the other one or not because the first one is not well still, so I do not know if the medication is good or not. I will see that I talk to John tomorrow.
