Need help w/ attaching PH to back wall/overflow

Is there an easy way to mount a power head to the back wall (plastic overflow divider) without using that bulky mounting hardware that comes with the Oceanic nano pump?

it's suction cup base won't grab plastic and stay and I don't have a good place to mount it on the glass of my 12g Cube without blocking the view or shadowing the corals.

If anyone knows a good way to mount this please let me know.
