I need everyone’s help/input I have no choice but to disassemble my 65 gal. Upstairs, So the hardwood floors can be sanded and finished.
Can I set up a stock tank and loop it into what I have running in the basement?
As of now my water goes from the sump/frag tank to the 65gal back down and splits to the Ref. And the skimmer tank then back to the sump/frag tank.
The pump is a barracuda so it has plenty of flow to add another stock tank at about 3-4 FT. of head
Will everything be ok with no turbulence from the air and water mixing from the 65 gal. to the basement, I will have to run another line to the ref. And one to the skimmer tank and another to the new stock tank and back to the sump.
Does anyone see any problems? Or have a better idea!
Thanks, Marcus
